1 uncooked 9" pie shell 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/3 c. sliced green onion 1/2 lb. chopped Cheddar or Swiss cheese Dash of pepper Brown meat; drain and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Pour in pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center is clean. 6 servings. |
