EASY GOULASH
 

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion
1 bottle catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 box wide egg noodles

Brown hamburger in frying pan, add salt and pepper to taste. Add bottle of catsup and vinegar. Slice onion into thin rings and add to hamburger mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook noodles as directed, and serve goulash over cooked noodles. Serve with salad or other vegetable side dish.
