Mix in blender: 4 oz. cheddar cheese 3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Blend on medium speed 30 seconds and high speed 15 seconds. Pour into greased and buttered souffle dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
Variations: add cooked and drained spinach or broccoli after mixture is poured into bowl, may also change types of cheeses to make different souffles.
