SIRLOIN STEAK WITH MUSHROOMS AND
ONIONS

1 lg. sirloin steak
1 lg. onion
1 can mushrooms
2 c. water

Brown sirloin on both sides. Pour can of mushrooms over steak. Put ringed slices of onions all over steak and cook on medium heat until water cooks out.
