1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 cloves garlic Favorite beef cut 1 tsp. A-1 sauce 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Vegetables Cut meat into squares and marinate for at least 4 hours. Suggested vegetables: carrots, onions, green peppers, mushrooms or small canned potatoes. I recommend marinating vegetables also. Place meat and vegetables on skewers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or grill on low heat 45 minutes. |
