1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can mushrooms, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans mixed vegetables (Veg-All) 2 c. chow mein noodles 1 can chicken rice soup Brown beef and onion and season. Add all the remaining ingredients including some juice of Veg-All vegetables. Pour into a large casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8. |
