HAMBURGER POT PIE
 

DOUBLE ONION CRUST:

2 c. regular flour
1 tsp. onion salt
3/4 c. Crisco
1/4 c. cold water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour before measuring. Cut Crisco into flour. Mix onion, salt and water, sprinkle on water 1 tablespoon at a time, toss lightly with fork. 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 (15-16 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. oregano 1 can tomato soup

In skillet heat Crisco; add beef, onions and cook until brown. Stir in beans, soup and seasoning. Pour into pastry lined pan. Cover and vent top of pastry. Bake.
