1 1/2 lb. lean tender beef 3 tomatoes wedges or 24 cherry tomatoes 2 green peppers, cut in 1-inch squares 24 sm. parboiled potatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire 1/4 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/3 c. oil Roll meat and soak into Worcestershire; 1/2 hour. Cut meat into chunks and brown meat in skillet. Skewer meat alternately with vegetables. Grill 10 minutes. Serves 6. |
