EASY QUICHE
 

2 frozen Pet Ritz pie shells
10 eggs
5 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Brown pie shells for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add milk and dash of salt. Beat well.

In pie shells divide spinach and cheeses between the shells and toss well. Add egg mixture until covered. Even out ingredients with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is lightly brown and quiche does not wiggle.

Any ingredient can be used in your quiche. If vegetables are fresh, it is best to cook them some first. Don't be afraid to try different ingredients.
