1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked 1 c. chopped celery 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned & drained Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, carrots & broccoli Mix all ingredients together and place in 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with 1 pound grated mild cheddar cheese and bake another 15 to 20 minutes. Don't add any water, the frozen vegetables provide for this. |
