1 loaf French bread 1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger 2 c. cheese (Velveeta), cubed 1/2 c. onion 1/2 c. green pepper; optional 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper 2/3 c. canned milk 1 tbsp. mustard Split loaf lengthwise and spread mixture on top of bread. Put the two sides on aluminum foil bringing the foil up around the sides leaving the top exposed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
