Garlic 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 1/3 c. catsup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dried basil, crushed 2-3 lb. chuck steak Mix first 7 ingredients. Place meat in plastic bag, pour in mix. Marinate meat in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning several times. Drain meat. Grill over medium heat. Brush with marinade occasionally. |
