2 (21 oz.) cans pork & beans 1 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. catsup 1/3 c. molasses 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled Combine all ingredients except bacon; stir well. Spoon in lightly greased, shallow 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon, cook 5 more minutes. Yield: 8 servings. |
