1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. uncooked rice, washed 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. onion 1 can tomato soup 1/2 c. water Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water in pressure cooker. Drop meat balls in soup mixture. Close cover securely. Cook under pressure for 10 minutes with regulator, rocking slowly. Let pressure drop on its own accord. |
