2 med. potatoes, peeled and grated 2 med. carrots, peeled and grated 1 med. onion, grated 2 sticks celery, finely chopped 1 c. bread stuffing (season bread crumbs with chicken style seasoning to taste, approx. 2 tbsp.) 4 eggs 2 c. oatmeal Mix well. Brown slowly to keep patties tender. Makes 18-24 patties. Can be served with mushroom soup in casserole dish. |
