Cut vegetables to a uniform size approx 1" cubes.
Put in oiled baking tray, add char grill flavour spice & bake in a hot oven for 30 mins.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onions, fry and caramelise, add mince, and brown.
Stir in bologneses sauce, gently simmer for a few minutes.
Place mushrooms into the oven dish with the vegetables. Add bolognese sauce to mushrooms.
Sprinkle mixed grated cheese on top of mushrooms; pour stock and wine into dish.
Return to oven 15-20 mins or until cheese is melted and browning.
Serve with crusty bread for juices.
