2 cans lemon diet soda 2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin 1/2 fresh lemon 15 drops yellow food coloring Artificial sweetener Prepare lemon soda and gelatin. Add juice of 1/2 lemon and grated rind of lemon. Add artificial sweetener to equal 4 tablespoons, use more if you want it sweeter. Add 15 drops yellow food coloring. Set in refrigerator to harden. After it hardens, put in blender and whip until fluffy. Put into 10" pie pan. Top with meringue topping below. MERINGUE TOPPING: 1 can creme diet soda 1/3 c. dry milk Artificial sweetener 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin Prepare creme soda and gelatin. Add sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar, add 1/3 cup dry milk all at once. Set in refrigerator to harden, then whip until fluffy. |
