DIET CHICKEN THAT IS CRISPY
 

Thighs of chicken (1 pkg. of 8 pieces)
3 c. low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. wheat germ

Remove skin from chicken; wash and pat dry. Place yogurt into a bowl and rub chicken in it. Next, place covered chicken into another bowl with wheat germ and Parmesan cheese mixed together. Now roll yogurt covered chicken in dry mixture and place on non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then turn and bake 20 minutes or until crispy as you prefer. Serve with wedge of lettuce and veggie.
