6 lg. onions, chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 1 can whole tomatoes 1/2 lg. head cabbage, shredded 1 lg. bunch of celery, cut fine 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr) In a large saucepan, stir soup mix with 5 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Add all your vegetables and cook until tender, about an hour. Keep adding hot water so vegetables are covered good. |
