32 oz. container plain low-fat or non-fat yogurt (or equivalent homemade) 2 med. cucumbers 1/2 med. onion 1 tsp. dried mint 1/2 c. raisins Pinch of salt to taste Finely grate cucumber and onion into yogurt. Stir in dried mint, raisins and salt. Serve chilled. Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving, if desired. |
