2 tsp. butter 2 tbsp. chopped pecans 8 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 (20 oz.) can reduced - calorie - cherry fruit pie filling 1 tbsp. brandy (optional) 2 (16 oz.) cartons vanilla low-fat yogurt Melt butter in a small skillet over low heat; add pecans and cook 3 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla wafers and cinnamon. Set aside. Combine pie filling and brandy, if desired, stir well. Spoon 2 tablespoons pie filling mixture into each of 8 parfait glasses; top each with 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 1/2 teaspoons crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
