Saute chopped onion in skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray. Add remaining ingredients except chicken and simmer 30 minutes. Place chicken in single layer in a baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
