PEACH SALAD
 

2 sm. pkg. peach Jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in water.

2 c. peaches, drained and chopped (save juice)
1 (2 lb.) can pineapple, crushed and drained (save juice)
2 sliced bananas
1 c. cold water mix with 1 c. peach juice
2 miniature marshmellows

After dissolving Jello in boiling water, mix in cold water and peach juice. Then add fruit and marshmellows. Stir well and pour in 9 by 13 glass dish (spray with Pam). Chill until firm. Then add topping: 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 egg (beaten), cook over medium heat until thick. Add 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Fold in regular size Cool Whip. Spread over salad. Chill until ready to serve.
