4 pork chops 4 thin onion slices 4 lemon slices, optional 4 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tbsp. catsup Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt; place in ungreased shallow baking pan. Top each chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake, spooning sauce onto chops occasionally, until done, about 30 minutes longer. |
