1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice 4 c. water 6 tsp. or cubes beef bouillon 1/2 head shredded cabbage 3 zucchini sliced 1 can undrained mushrooms Chopped celery & cauliflower to taste 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 or 2 dashes Tabasco 1 tsp. salt Combine juice, bouillon, seasonings and water. Mix. Add vegetables; simmer 1 hour. |
