1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (cooked variety) 1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jello 2 1/4 c. water 24 oz. fresh strawberries Mix water, Jello and pudding in saucepan. Stirring constantly boil for 1 minute; cool. Pour over fresh strawberries. The berries could be in a pie crust, graham cracker crust or a cake pan lined with graham crackers. If using a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, the recipe would have to be doubled. For graham cracker crust, use light butter and equal top with lite Cool Whip. Serves 4. |
