5 c. cabbage, sliced fine 2 c. celery, chopped 2 c. green beans 5 c. V-8 juice or tomato 5 c. water 5 bouillon cubes, beef 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2-4 tsp. Equal sweetener (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a large kettle and cook until vegetables are tender but not overcooked.
