WEIGHT WATCHERS SOUP
 

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 med. onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
4 or 5 carrots, sliced
1 c. cabbage, cut fine
1 can cut green beans
1-2 cans tomatoes
1 can garden peas

Cook onions, celery, carrots and cabbage in broth until tender. Then add green beans, tomatoes, garden peas, and chicken and simmer 30 minutes.

Cauliflower, broccoli or zucchini squash can also be added.
