WEIGHT WATCHERS APPLE PIE
 

2 apples, peeled & sliced
2 tbsp. butter (use extra lite)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp. water
1 (8 inch) pie crust

In saucepan, combine fruit, cinnamon, and enough water to cover fruit. Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Add dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Pour fruit mixture into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
