WEIGHT WATCHERS QUICHE
 

Beat: 1 c. skim milk 2 tbsp. butter

Add: 1 c. (or can) mushrooms 1 tsp. salt

Then add: 1 tsp. marjoram (optional) Pinch nutmeg

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. 4 servings. Weight Watchers: 1/4 milk, 2 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 1/2 fat.
