1 (8 oz.) can juice-packed crushed pineapple, with juice 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1/2 c. skim milk 1 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. chopped fresh mint In an electric blender or food processor, place the pineapple, yogurt, milk, sugar and mint, and whisk for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
