PATTYS LOWFAT CHICKEN CUTLETS
 

1 lb package of thinly sliced chicken cutlets (serves 4)
lemon juice
Goya Sazon packet (without color or "sin achiote"
1 teaspoon Goya Adobo seasoning
seasoned bread crumbs
extra virgin olive oil

In a baking dish, pour a half cup of olive oil.

Preheat oven to 375°F degrees.

Place baking dish in the oven to heat the oil. Wash chicken cutlets and set them aside.

In a mixing bowl combine a half cup of lemon juice, packet of Sazon, and a teaspoon of Adobo. Marinate the cutlets in this mixture for about 20 minutes or longer if desired. Bread each cutlet with the crumbs.

Place the breaded cutlets into the baking dish and bake for about half hour, or until juice runs clear and the breading becomes slightly crisp.
