1/2 c. green bell pepper 1/2 c. red bell pepper 1 lg. onion 2 hot peppers w/o seeds 1 1/2 c. vinegar 6 1/2 c. sugar Mix first four ingredients in blender. Add to vinegar and sugar. Boil to full rolling boil. Set aside. Add Certo. Pour in hot sterilized jars and seal. This jelly is good on top of cream cheese and served with crackers. |
