SPAGHETTI SAUCE FOR CANNING
 

1/2 bushel tomatoes
3 lb. chopped onions
4 green peppers
3 hot peppers
1 garlic bud

Cook this 1 1/2 hours. Then add: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. salt 1 tbsp. oregano 1 tbsp. basil 4 tbsp. seasoning

Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour. Put in pint jars and seal.
