3 lbs. (5 c.) prune plums, ground 5 c. sugar 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries Put ripe firm plums through food chopper, medium blade. Combine fruit and sugar in a 5 or 6 quart pan. Add raspberries; mix together. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 40 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal and process in hot water bath 10 minutes. Makes 8 half pints. |
