PLUM - NUT JAM
 

Follow recipe for plum jam in Certo recipes. Instead of 1/2 cup water, use 1/4 cup water. Then add in before cooking: 1 orange, the juice & pulp 1 orange, the juice & rind 1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Boil 5 minutes, then simmer 5 minutes in covered pan. Continue to follow the rest of the Certo recipe. Yields: 8 to 10 jelly jars.
