2 1/2 c. hot water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 1 (16 oz.) can cranberries 3/4 c. crushed pineapple 1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. mandarin oranges Mix water and Jello and chill until semi-firm. Stir in cranberries, pineapple and walnuts. Some of the oranges can also be stirred in and the rest used for garnish. Chill until firm and unmold and garnish. |
