HOLIDAY PUNCH
 

1 can pineapple chunks
4 bananas, sliced
1 bag frozen blueberries
1 (64 oz.) bottle 7-Up
2 pkg. frozen strawberries (sugar sweetened)
1 can fruit cocktail
1 bag frozen raspberries
4 sliced oranges
2 (64 oz.) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
1 c. liquor

Two days before party: In large 1 gallon jar or pitcher, mix pineapple, fruit cocktail, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and juice from cans of fruit along with 2 cups of the cranberry juice cocktail. Add liquor and marinate until just before serving.

On the day of the party, slice the bananas and oranges. Pour all ingredients into large punch bowl and serve. You may want to make an ice ring out of more, juice to float in the bowl.

I use whatever I have on hand of either vodka, rum, gin or peachtree schnapps. You may also add more to the punch once it is ready. Serves the entire operations center at least once, more depending on the person and the holiday.
