1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated 1 carton sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 stick melted butter Mix all together and put in greased 3 quart casserole. Cover top with bread crumbs (or corn flakes) and pour another stick of melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serves about 30. |
