8 chicken thighs or breasts 1 lg. bag frozen French cut green beans 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 2 pkg. almonds, slivered 1 can mushroom soup 1 can chicken mushroom soup Boil the chicken for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Skin and debone. Thaw the green beans and put in a large bowl. Open can of chestnuts and drain. Saute the almonds and put in the bowl. Mix cans of soup with green beans, almonds and water chestnuts. Put in a casserole dish and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. |
