1/2 lb. white candied cherries, quartered (1/4 lb. red, 1/4 lb. green) 6 slices candied pineapple, cut in chunks 1 1/2 cans flaked coconut (4 oz.) 2 c. pecans, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. plain flour Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. Press into small bite-size pieces. Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan and put in a tin to keep moist. Yields 5 dozen. |
