WALDORF FRUIT SALAD
 

1 lg. can chuck pineapple (in its own juice)
7 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Scant tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, well beaten
1 jar maraschino cherries, well drained
2 to 3 bananas
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows

Drain juice from pineapple and pour juice into a saucepan. Add next four ingredients and whisk together over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool. Add pineapple chunks and cherries. Chill in refrigerator. Just before serving, add sliced bananas and marshmallows.
