1 c. celery, diced 1 c. unpeeled apples, diced 1 c. grapes, halved 1/2 c. broccoli, chopped 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped 1 c. yogurt (plain or vanilla) 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed Mix vegetables, fruits and nuts together. Stir rosemary into yogurt and mix with salad. (This dressing may be thinned with milk or fruit juice.) |
