GREEK POLUNGA (BAKED CREAM OF WHEAT)
 

1 qt. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Cream of Wheat
1 tsp. cinnamon

Place milk, butter and sugar in large saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat. Gradually add Cream of Wheat stirring constantly. When it starts to bubble, remove from heat. Cool 15 minutes. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Pour in greased 12 x 8 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
