2 lbs. tube pasta 2 lbs. ground top sirloin of beef 8 oz. butter 4 oz. sherry 1 onion, diced 6 oz. tomato paste 1 oz. ground cinnamon 1 gallon milk 10 eggs Saute onions. Add ground meat to onions and saute. Strain meat or juices. Add to fire again and deglaze with sherry. Add tomato product. Add 1 1/2 cups of beef stock. Season with salt and pepper and powdered cinnamon. Cook meat again for about 15 minutes. |
