CHINESE SALAD
 

1 bag cole slaw mix or 1 head shredded cabbage
1 bunch green onions
1 pkg. chicken ramen noodles
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
4 oz. blanched almond slivers
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar

Toast almonds and smashed noodles. Combine slaw mix, onions, noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and seasoning from Ramen noodles and let set overnight. Pour over slaw mixture.
