CHINESE PORK CHOPS WITH ONION
 

4 pork chops
Cornstarch
3 Tbsps. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsps. cooking wine
2 Tbsps. water
Season with: ginger, black pepper, garlic powder and 3 onions cut in rings

Dust pork chops with cornstarch. Season with ginger, pepper and garlic powder. Marinade overnight in soy sauce, sugar, wine and water mixture. Saute onion rings until golden brown. Place pork chops in pan. Cover with onions and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once.
