SLOW COOKER PORK BARBECUE
 

Pork roast, bone-in
2 onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup barbecue sauce
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook pork roast with minced garlic and 1 onion in a Crock Pot for 8 hours, or until meat falls off bone.

Remove excess fat and bone; and drain some of the juice. Add sauce and the second onion (additional garlic may also be added at this time).

Cook additional 3-4 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

May be cooked overnight during the first 8 hours.
