Cut into cubes 1/2 pound each of pork and beef. 2 med. onions 1 c. celery, sliced Brown all together in a couple teaspoons of fat. Add 1 can of chicken rice soup, 1 can of mushroom soup, 1 can of early peas, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 cup minute rice and 1/2 cup of water. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees and salt to taste. |
