CHINESE SPARE RIBS
 

4 lb. spare ribs, cut Chinese style
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients except meat in shallow pan. Add ribs and marinate overnight, turning several times. Line roasting pan with foil adding ribs and marinade in pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roast ribs 45 minutes. Turn heat down to 325 degrees for another 15 minutes. When shrinkage occurs ribs are done.
